About the Role:
Ferrero Luxembourg HQ is seeking a dedicated Assistant Project Manager Intern in Food Safety and Quality (FSQ), reporting to the FSQ Office Project Manager.
In this role, you will support the team with various tasks and projects, gaining practical experience in the field and contributing to the function’s goals.
Main Responsibilities:
In this position, you will conduct research and compile data for reports and data analytics. You will help in the preparation of presentations and documents. You will also participate in team meetings and provide input and support project management activities.
Your responsibilities will include managing small-scale projects under the supervision of a senior team member. Additionally, you will assist the Office in managing medium and large projects. Together with different departments, you will coordinate to ensure project milestones are met. You may assist in tracking project expenses and preparing budget reports.
Primarily, you will be working with the FSQ Office and other departments in the FSQ. Moreover, you will collaborate with other functions, mainly Finance and Operations, as needed.
Lastly, you will have the opportunity to further develop project management skills and team working abilities.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring knowledge from a degree in Engineering, Management, or a Scientific field. Your English communication skills and ability to clearly analyse and convey information and ideas will be crucial, complemented by your teamwork skills.
You will succeed in this role thanks to your adaptability, managing competing demands and changing your approach to best fit the situation. Your time management skills will be key as well, prioritizing and planning activities to meet deadlines.
Your understanding of project management basics and tools (MS Project, Trello, or Asana) will be valuable. Lastly, you will be proficient in the Microsoft Office package, especially in Excel, including pivot tables and cross-file references.
