About the Role:
At Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg, we’re looking for an intern to join our Supply Chain function for a 6-month internship starting in March.
Main Responsibilities:
You will support coordination of the Europe Industrial, Supply Chain, and Operations Board meetings, handling tasks such as setting agendas, involving stakeholders, and preparing presentation materials in collaboration with Plant and Supply Chain Managers. This requires effective organizational skills and the ability to manage cross-functional communication.
Thanks to your support, the Area Industrial and Area Supply Chain Senior Directors will cascade the Industrial & Supply Master Plan at the European level. You will also assist in monitoring key performance indicators related to Plants and Supply Chain Regions, providing timely updates on key functional and area projects.
You will monitor and update the execution of local operative training plans across Europe, ensuring alignment with the Operations Excellence Program. This includes liaising with each plant, consolidating results, anticipating challenges, and reporting progress to the Industry and Supply Chain Area Europe Senior Directors. In some instances, you may be delegated to participate in meetings on behalf of the Area Europe Function Integration & PMO.
Who we are looking for:
You have a degree in Economicsnor, Engineering, Supply Chain related fields. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are results-oriented, and have a knack for solving complex problems.
You bring strong accountability, a proactive mindset, and a high level of precision to everything you do. Plus, your excellent interpersonal skills will be essential as you work closely with senior management and collaborate with people at all levels across various teams.
You are fluent in English. Proficiency in MS Office is a must, and if you’re familiar with S&OP, SAP APO, or other ERP systems, that’s an added advantage.
