About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Health & Safety (H&S) PMO, Processes and Methodologies who will be reporting directly to the Group Health & Safety Manager inside our People & Organization function.

By covering this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating Group wide H&S projects, maintaining and developing Group H&S IT tools and applications while developing Group H&S standards and procedures as well as H&S training material.

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will develop Health and Safety procedures, standards, and documents with global applicability, ensuring effective communication and implementation.  
You will also manage Group H&S projects, programs, and initiatives, including awareness campaigns and training programs.

Moreover, your mission will be to plan and coordinate activities with global external service providers and other departments within Ferrero.  
You will manage external reporting on H&S, such as CSR reports, develop and maintain Group-wide H&S tools, applications, dashboards, databases, and Intranet sites.

On top of that, you will support the Group H&S manager and team in daily activities and presentation preparation. You will prepare and deliver H&S training materials, leverage generative AI techniques to enhance safety protocols, and explore innovative applications of AI to H&S data.  
You will also create and manage H&S dashboards, perform data extraction, and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within H&S data.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your educational background in Engineering, Science or IT with a focus on Health & Safety or a diploma in Health & Safety recognized by national or international safety authorities like Nebosh International General Certificate in Safety, along with at least 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a Health & Safety role.

Team player, you show flexibility and agility to respond to changing needs and requests, while demonstrating good organizational and planning skills.

Finally, you will bring your proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI and SAP with your fluency in English.
