About the Role:
For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Reporting & Customer Care B2B Specialist to support the Hazelnut Company B2B division.
Main Responsibilities:
By covering this position, you will be the direct contact with the customers located in different locations in Europe.
Indeed, you will be responsible for business reporting and claim management.
You will follow KPIs and claim reporting for the B2B and monitor the customer satisfaction.
Moreover, you will support IT and process improvements.
Supporting the overall business in their budgeting exercises and customer reviews in close cooperation with the B2B team will be also under your responsibility.
Besides the B2B customers, you will be in contact with the B2B plants in Turkey and Italy, other supporting functions and the Finance team.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring your educational background in Economics, Engineering or other related fields with 1-3 years of experience as Customer Service Specialist or in a similar role.
Good communicator, you are showing a problem-solving attitude.
Time management, a multi-tasks approach with a strong attention to detail and accuracy will be required in your daily activity.
On top of this, you will bring your proficiency in SAP, Excel and PowerPoint with your fluency in English.
