About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an HRIS Specialist, a motivated team member to support the Group HRIS team in Payroll, Time Management Process Standardization and HR document digitalization.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing payroll, time management and document digitalization systems across our organization and expressing HR requirements to IT teams
Your expertise will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our payroll operations, time tracking and document storage systems.

 

 

 

Main Responsibilities:

In this role you will be responsible for HR Systems, the understanding of the system workflows and architecture of Ferrero HR systems across the world (Time management& Payroll systems and People Doc).
Moreover, you will be responsible for analyzing the systems to identify areas for improvement and standardization (from digitalization perspective) in order to express HR requirements to IT teams.
You will manage the several HR / IT implementations (mainly PeopleDoc EFM but also Time management/Payroll systems if needed) across various regions while youwill work closely with HR, and IT to align processes and resolve technical issues.
Last but not least, you will conduct technical training sessions for end-users on new IT payroll and time management procedures while monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of these standardized processes, making necessary adjustments through system enhancements and updates with the help of IT and other internal and external stakeholders.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or other related fields with 3-5 years of experience in payroll management, time tracking systems and project management in consultancy companies or other matrix organizations of the FMCG sector.

On top of this, this position requires your knowledge of HCM systems (SuccessFactors, SAP, PeopleDoc) and third-party payroll management. 

Being familiar with multinational environments, you will also bring your experience in analyzing and standardizing payroll processes and time tracking. 

The position requires your experience in designing document digitalization including visibility management in PeopleDoc.
Furthermore, you have hands-on experience of transforming SAP Payroll system to SuccessFactors.

Moreover, you are showing excellent communication skills in English, analytical and problem-solving skills with detailed-oriented, customer service mindset and effective stakeholder management.
