About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an HRIS Employee Central Processes Lead to join our Human Resources Information System team.

By covering this position, you will oversee HRIS activities within the Group, providing a global perspective on the overall landscape. You will plan, manage, guide, influence, and coordinate activities to accelerate the digital transformation journey and foster the adoption of solutions for these functions.

Main Responsibilities:

You will oversee the design, selection, and implementation of HRIS and other technical solutions. You will ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements, while also managing communication of HRIS initiatives to various regions.
Also, you will act as the single point of contact for system changes and enhancements, collaborating with external service providers to translate business needs into technical instructions.

Moreover, your role will be to prepare project plans, define project teams, and manage all tasks in line with the project plan. This will involve gathering and analyzing business requirements, overseeing the planning, development, testing, and implementation of systems while ensuring that projects are completed within budget, time, and scope.
Effective communication with project teams, stakeholders, and suppliers will be essential, as will identifying and resolving potential issues to keep projects on track.

Additionally, you will identify opportunities for upgrading HR systems based on new technologies and trends, recommending improvements to stakeholders. Your mission will also include designing and implementing reporting tools, collaborating with HR data science teams, and supporting the evolution towards a digital mindset within the HR community.
Finally, you will create and deliver training on new HR IT solutions, ensuring a smooth transformation during the hyper care period.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your educational background with at least 10 years of experience within an HRIS role and 5 years of implementation and usage of SuccessFactors Employee Central, coming from a consulting environment.

You have deep knowledge of the Employee Central module in SuccessFactors, strong project management skills for handling complex projects, and the ability to optimize and automate HR processes within Employee Central.
Also, you excel in stakeholder management, clear and concise communication, and have strong presentation skills while showing adaptability and organization.

On top of that, you will bring your proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and your fluency in English.
