About the Role:
For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an Industrial Human Resources Business Partner to enhance the development, management, and execution of key HR processes and projects across our European Industrial network.
By covering this role, you will help the company transformation towards Ferrero Operational Excellence 2.0 on lean manufacturing tools and processes in a growing, challenging, and diversified environment.
Main Responsibilities:
Thanks to your collaboration with Area, Region, and Plant stakeholders, you will ensure the proper and harmonized implementation of key Group HR processes, including People Development Board, Performance Evaluation, Compensation & Benefits (C&B) such as salary review, workforce planning, budget process, and reporting.
Moreover, your mission will be to lead Group and Area initiatives to foster continuous operational evolution, including the Ferrero Operational Excellence 2.0 transformation, ensuring strategic consistency.
Also, you will support the Area Industrial HRBP and Area Industrial Director in developing the HR Operations Roadmap and its regular deployment via the masterplan process, interfacing with the HR Center of Excellence for proactive program and solution development across Industrial Areas.
Additionally, you will coordinate and support the planning and execution of international mobility processes, from management reviews and profile definitions to onboarding and induction plans. Acting as an HR data scientist, you will maximize the development and proper use of HR data platforms, such as central coordination of the Industrial HR dashboard.
Your role will be finally to support the preparation and coordination of monthly EU Industrial Board KPIs related to motivation and actively assist management on specific projects defined at Group/Area level.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring your educational background with 7-8 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner, including required experience in manufacturing, with expertise in coordinating key HR processes, such as performance management, development, training, recruitment, salary review processes, workforce planning, and reporting.
On top of that, you are able to execute daily operational activities and manage multiple priorities while keeping a focus on the big picture and the overall strategic development of the function.
Excellent communicator, your social skills will enable you to build effective business relationships and manage relevant stakeholders properly.
Results-oriented, you will also bring a proactive attitude to diagnose areas of improvement and develop solutions. You can work in multi-cultural teams within a matrix organization with the willingness to constantly develop a global working network.
Last but not least, you will apply your knowledge of Microsoft Office and your fluency in English.
