For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for a Group eShopper Development Division Manager to lead the global eCommerce shopper development strategy with overall objective of maximizing the visibility and conversion of Ferrero brands online.

Main Responsibilities:

Thanks to your experience in eCommerce and digital execution, you will develop, own, and implement initiatives across ecommerce digital activation, acceleration and integration, search, and digital shelf execution in all eCommerce markets, with the aim of improving the online consumer and shopper experience while supporting sales growth. You will drive the eCommerce portfolio strategy in partnership with CMEE, contribute to group eCommerce media acceleration plans, and support the shift of investments from traditional media toward ecommerce media in line with Group media guidelines. You will also develop and align group budgeting guidelines, investment strategies, allocation principles, and governance models in close collaboration with Group Media, Group Media Procurement, and Area Heads of Marketing.  You will also work in close and consistent collaboration with Category, as well as local market eCommerce and Trade Marketing teams to support shared objectives.

This includes cascading a framework for local ecommerce whitespace identification, collaborating with PG on new dedicated ecommerce SKUs alongside local marketing and ecommerce teams, and developing eCommerce recommendations for NPD launches and global brand initiatives, covering product, packaging, activation, and media. You will partner with local markets on activation, integrate ecommerce metrics into scorecards, develop and share online impulse purchase activation strategies, work with the global CSU on online shopper research and insights, and support and coach local eCommerce category colleagues by sharing guidance, strategies, and best practices.

About You:

Thanks to your 15+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital media, and portfolio strategy within international environments, you bring a solid understanding of how to design and scale group-level eCommerce initiatives across markets. You are comfortable shaping media acceleration approaches, contributing to investment and governance frameworks, and working with CMEE and cross-functional global stakeholders to support portfolio and activation strategies aligned with broader media and commercial guidelines.

You will work effectively within complex, matrixed organizations, collaborating closely with Area, Region, and local market teams as well as functions such as PG, GMD, GMP&G, HAM/HRM, and CSU. Thanks to your experience in digital shelf, content, and data-driven execution, you are able to support the definition of execution standards, enable local capabilities, work with external partners, and integrate ecommerce performance indicators into local and global reporting environments.

You will contribute to portfolio development, NPD and brand initiative recommendations, and online activation strategies by bringing a strong understanding of online shopper behavior and ecommerce mechanics.
