About the Role:
For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Group Compliance Counsel and PMO to join our Group Compliance Competence Center.

Main Responsibilities:
Thanks to your background in Law, you will bring a solid understanding of compliance, ethics, and competition law. Your experience will help you support the Head of Group Compliance Competence Center in implementing an effective compliance plan and contributing to the Integrated Assurance project. You will work on various compliance topics, from risk management and prevention to the coordination of projects that enhance the company’s overall compliance framework.
You will use your organizational and project management skills to coordinate initiatives across functions and regions. By managing the development of digital compliance tools, knowledge management systems, and reporting channels, you will help ensure consistency, transparency, and accessibility of information within the Legal and Compliance department. Your structured approach will allow you to handle cross-team collaboration effectively while maintaining clear priorities and timelines.
Thanks to your communication skills and analytical mindset, you will be able to advise and coordinate activities and contribute to the creation of both general and tailored trainings on compliance. You will also work closely with the GRC department to support the development, implementation and maintenance of Legal-owned policies, fostering a culture of integrity and compliance throughout the organization.
Who we are looking for:
Thanks to your academic background, you will bring a Master’s degree in Law and a strong foundation in legal and compliance matters. With around 10 years of professional experience gained in multinational companies or law firms, you will feel confident working in complex and dynamic environments where cross-functional collaboration is essential. Previous in-house exposure will help you approach compliance and legal challenges with a pragmatic and business-oriented mindset.
You will draw on your solid professional experience to manage a variety of compliance topics, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory expectations. Your ability to structure information clearly and to analyze issues from both a legal and organizational perspective will support you in driving effective solutions and contributing to the continuous development of the compliance function.
Thanks to your strong communication and interpersonal skills, you will build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels and contribute to a collaborative working environment. Your fluency in English will allow you to operate effectively in an international context, while proficiency in another language will be considered an advantage.
