Global eCommerce Digital Shelf Lead
About the Role:
For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for a Global eCommerce Digital Shelf a critical role for delivering Ferrero’s ambitious eCommerce commercial objectives. In your role you will need to lead the development and implementation of foundational Digital Shelf Execution including content creation and localization across regions and will be the global expert on digital shelf KPIs, standards and data management.
Main Responsibilities:
Thanks to your ability to work in close collaboration with the Performance Activation Manager, you will help translate strategy into concrete actions. You will develop and own the roadmap for the rollout and continuous improvement of digital shelf technologies, while ensuring consistent digital shelf execution and the implementation of strategic pillars across markets. You will also co-lead the setup and take ownership of the ongoing maintenance of digital shelf tracking solutions, working alongside external digital shelf partners.
You will track the implementation progress of the Digital Shelf Program through regular business reviews, monitoring key dimensions such as availability, visibility, and conversion, and reporting progress to management teams. Thanks to your analytical approach, you will assess digital shelf execution performance data, share clear insights, and recommend action plans to stakeholders at both global and local levels, supporting continuous improvement of execution.
You will contribute to the continuous enhancement of Ferrero’s digital shelf presence through a data-driven and iterative approach. Thanks to your ability to turn data into meaningful narratives, you will develop data-led selling stories to support global eCommerce development and eCommerce content. You will also support the development and implementation of channel-specific content at scale, while identifying best-in-class digital shelf execution practices within our categories.
About You:
Thanks to your professional background, you bring more than six years of experience, supported by a relevant academic path such as a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, MBA or a related qualification. You will feel comfortable drawing on prior exposure to FMCG, CPG or similar environments, and you have already worked with digital shelf management in a concrete and hands-on way. Experience with SPF would be an additional asset in this context.
You will rely on your understanding of digital shelf shopper drivers to interpret data and support sound decision-making. Thanks to your analytical mindset and result-oriented approach, you are able to translate insights into clear concepts and follow them through until implementation. You will also feel at ease taking ownership of topics while collaborating within a matrix organization.
You will work confidently with MS Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, and you have already handled digital shelf data in connection with external providers. Experience with customer SEO is part of your toolkit, and you will operate effectively in English in both written and spoken interactions.
