About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg we are currently looking for a E-Commerce Project Manager - Order-to-Cash Process to coordinate the project streams, guaranteeing the correct implementation of the different project phases, while maintaining alignment with resource, budget, and time limitations.

Main Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibility involves designing an optimized Order Fulfillment workflow (Order to Cash) tailored for e-commerce. The goal is to pinpoint potential cost-saving opportunities and enhance efficiency across all logistical aspects of the supply chain process.

Thanks to your expertise in project planning, you will be tasked with developing a comprehensive project operating plan aligned with the project scope, objectives, and approach.

Collaborating closely with multiple teams, your role will involve crafting standards and best practices applicable across the entire organization. You will serve as the central point of reference for the Order-to-Cash eCommerce strategy, ensuring alignment and coherence throughout the implementation process.

Firstly, you will cascade the project plan to stream leaders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment across all involved parties. You will be involved  in customizing and implementing the optimal channel shipping strategy, tailored to meet specific requirements and objectives.

Your oversight will extend to training, processes, and supply chain technology, with the aim of implementing end-to-end e-commerce solutions.

You will monitor the progress of work in terms of deliverables and timelines, ensuring that objectives are being met according to the project plan. you will closely monitor various key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce customers.

Your responsibilities also include providing monthly consolidated reports comparing actual expenditures and outcomes against budgeted plans. This transparency offers stakeholders clear visibility into the financial health and progress of the project.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring knowledge from a university degree in e-commerce or other related fields.

You have a solid background in e-commerce trade, traditional trade and customer service process with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Strong organizational skills are essential, as the candidate will be responsible for project management tasks related to order management and sales processes.

You have excellent communication skills to interact with individuals at various levels within the organization. This includes collaborating with team members, stakeholders, and management to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

You had a chance working with Power BI reporting and SAP. You are highly organized and proactive individual with a curiosity-driven mindset, while you also have strong project management abilities.
