About the Role:
For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for Digital Specialist Premium Chocolate to Contribute to global digital strategy development and implementation for key Premium Chocolate brands.
Main Responsibilities:
Thanks to your experience in digital marketing, you will contribute to shaping and implementing the global digital strategy for premium chocolate brands. Your expertise will drive digital platforms, global campaigns, as well as social and search.
You will oversee and manage digital projects across owned and earned brand channels, including website evolution, seasonal campaigns, digital promotions, and content creation. A significant part of your role will involve collaborating with external agencies and regional teams to ensure effective website governance, regular audits, system updates, and tracking of performance metrics.
With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, you will analyze digital platforms performance, media performance, and market research, providing actionable insights to influence impactful change. You'll also measure and optimize project performance using advanced digital tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Meta proprietary tools, and other digital performance systems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including IT, Legal, Cybersecurity, Media, and local marketing departments, will be crucial in achieving your objectives.
Who we are looking for:
Thanks to your academic background in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communication, or a related field, combined with 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing within a global FMCG company or digital agency/consultancy, you bring a strong foundation in modern media principles, key digital platforms, CMS, Social Media technologies, Search, and Analytics. Your solid understanding technical skills, knowledge of website and other digital platforms development principles, UX/UI, and new technologies, such as AI, complements your analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable insights. Fluency in English and advanced communication skills allow you to simplify complex concepts for senior and executive stakeholders.
You will manage multi-brand, multi-geography projects with ease, demonstrating your excellent project planning and management skills. Your ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, build relationships across teams and agencies, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment will be key. A detail-oriented approach, combined with the ability to multi-task across various projects, ensures that you stay organized and adaptable, even in ambiguous situations.
With strong numerical skills and a focus on delivering business objectives, you bring credibility as a functional expert and leader. You are comfortable working across geographies and in flexible working environments, making choices and providing recommendations that align with global team needs. Your interest in exploring new technologies and their business applications ensures you stay ahead in driving innovation, all while maintaining a clear focus on outcomes and stakeholder engagement.
