Digital Project Manager Creative X (11-months fixed-term contract)
About the Role:
Main Responsibilities:
In this role, you will own the CreativeX training and operations, ensuring that onboarding materials are available to the entire Ferrero population while providing live training sessions and continuous support across all markets. You will keep our playbooks, cheat sheets, and training materials current while maintaining the relevancy of the governance model and minimum thresholds.
Your day-to-day work involves ensuring decision accountability is well-communicated and that stakeholders remain focused on delivering their specific objectives. You will be instrumental in embedding the CreativeX workflow into production, from early creative feedback through the final production stages, which includes coordinating rework when scores are medium or red and supporting the progression of high-quality assets.
Your ability to align with marketing, media, and digital teams on quality standards and timelines will facilitate smooth issue resolution and cross-team decision-making.
Furthermore, you will define the program scope, milestones, and risks, running status rituals to ensure on-time and on-budget outcomes while aligning key points with the Digital Consumer & Shopper (DC&S) team.
Finally, you will track adoption, usage, and quality KPIs, synthesizing these insights for leadership and partner teams to drive continuous improvement across the organization.
You may be involved in ad hoc digital projects working on digital brand activations as well as AI & gaming related initiatives. Such side projects will also require team collaboration and cross-functional work with a hands-on practical approach.
About You:
We are looking for a professional with at least 5 years of experience in project or program management within marketing, media operations, or digital management.
You should have a proven track record of driving enterprise tool adoption and change management at scale, specifically through collaborating with global brand teams and external agencies across multiple markets.
A master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required, and professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are considered a significant plus.
You possess strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to facilitate alignment among diverse teams and make firm decisions under time pressure.
Additionally, you are comfortable with training design, from building onboarding materials to delivering live sessions to varied audiences.
Technical proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel) is essential, and experience with project-tracking tools like MS Project, Jira, or Asana will help you succeed in this role.
