About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Digital Procurement & Governance Specialist to join our Media Procurement & Governance team.

By covering this position, you will work with the Group Media Digital Procurement Manager, responsible for leading the digital governance evolution and strategic procurement dynamics. You will also support the creation of the global methodology on different framework pillars such as Governance, Digital Strategic Sourcing, Innovation and Future Development.

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will support the development and refinement of the global digital procurement methodology.
You will assist in managing key performance indicators across strategic media partners and contribute to the management of the digital performance delivery, ensuring alignment with internal governance standards. You will also help monitor post-campaign tracking, manage quality verification procedures, and facilitate data transitions between agencies.

Moreover, you will contribute to structuring digital procurement governance and organizing performance and investment repositories. Your responsibilities include supporting reporting activities for senior stakeholders and maintaining regular communication with area media teams.
You will assist in evaluating new technologies, assessing channel compliance, and ensuring legal and privacy standards are met in external partnerships. Additionally, you will help manage global partner relationships and support contract negotiations with verification providers.

You will be involved in the relationship management of strategic partners at local levels, support legal documentation processes, and assist in organizing performance assessments and quarterly reviews.
Also, you will contribute to the evolution of technological needs, updating the contractual guarantee structures, and supporting the media agency sourcing process.
Finally, you will help define cost and quality standards, manage e-commerce partner integration, and assist in delivering training modules and governance discussions with internal teams.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your educational background in Economics, Business Administration, or other related fields with 5-7 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, brand management, media or media agency roles.

You will demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills, along with a consistent focus on delivering results. Your approach will be flexible, reliable, and detail-oriented, allowing you to work autonomously while addressing challenges effectively.
Thanks to your analytical mindset and ability to manage reporting tasks, you will support decision-making processes while interacting confidently with internal teams and external partners, adapting to various levels and functions.

Last but not least, you will bring your strong experience in Microsoft Office and large data analysis with your fluency in English.
