About the Role:
Ferrero Headquarter in Luxembourg is looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager - Apps (fixed term contract) profile to join the Digital team for 1 year, directly reporting to the Kinder Digital Marketing Manager and with constant collaboration with Marketing, IT, PR, Media, Legal Departments as well as key external partners (digital agencies, universities, content production studios).
Main Responsibilities:
Covering this role, you will develop and implement global digital strategies for several key brands. You will lead app and website governance, working closely with markets and external agencies. You will be in charge of digital product rollouts, migrations, maintenance, audits, and performance tracking.
Moreover, you will coordinate key content production projects, such as those involving game developers or UX designers, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and content strategy. You will also co-create creative concepts and promotion plans for branded content across digital channels, including app stores and social media.
In this position, you will supervise and validate quality assurance and testing activities, such as focus groups and research. Your role extends to evaluating online trends, media, market research, and demographic data to deliver actionable recommendations.
Together with your team, you will measure and optimize the performance of projects using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to drive impactful change. Lastly, you will maintain a close relationship with key internal stakeholders.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring knowledge from a BA or MA in marketing or a related field, combined with 2-3 years of experience at the junior level in digital marketing and/or a digital development agency from companies with strong expertise in the digital industry. Your experience in the console/mobile gaming industry will be a plus. You will succeed in this role thanks to your detail-oriented approach and ability to manage multiple projects in an international environment, with experience in the US market being an additional advantage.
Your experience with mobile app development and ability to work with wireframes for UI/UX will be crucial, complemented by your understanding of localization, quality assurance, and development production cycles. Your effective skills in Google Firebase, Google Analytics, and social media platform management tools will prove essential, alongside your knowledge of website and API development principles.
You will demonstrate the ability to multi-task across multiple projects while managing stakeholder relationships and maintaining strong communication and cross-functional working skills. Moreover, your flexibility and willingness to travel will be an important asset.
