About the Role:
For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg we are currently looking for Corporate Reporting Specialist to join Group Managerial Reporting Department.
Main Responsibilities:
Thanks to your expertise in financial reporting and data consolidation, you will be responsible for providing timely and insightful analysis of financial KPIs at the Group, Area, and Regional levels. You will manage managerial reporting and consolidation, ensuring accuracy in data consolidation within HFM, and supporting local teams during key reporting periods such as SAF1 and Budget. Additionally, you will prepare and load essential drivers for HFM scenarios while maintaining consistency across financial applications.
You will contribute to the elaboration and analysis of planning scenarios, creating standardized templates to track industrial cost evolution, FX calculations, and commercial group P&L management. Collaborating closely with Central Functions, you will support monthly closures, planning cycles and special projects, such as the implementation of a new controlling model. Your role will also involve process improvement, working on automation and verification checks to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of planning scenarios.
By supporting the integration of new companies, you will ensure alignment between systems and processes. You will also be involved in ad hoc analysis for business needs, documentation standardization, and calendar monitoring to ensure deadlines are met.
Additionally, you will assist with system migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions and consistency across financial tools.
Who we are looking for:
You hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field. You have 1 to 3 years of experience in Financial Controlling and/or Reporting within a structured and complex multinational organisation.
You are fluent in English at an advanced level and possess strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to critically analyze numerical data. Your change management skills are well-developed, and you demonstrate a high level of organizational integration.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential for this role.
