About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Corporate Reporting Specialist (1 year fixed-term contract) who will join our dynamic central Finance team and your responsibilities will include various key areas.

Main Responsibilities:

Thanks to your financial analysis and consolidation skills, you will contribute to the preparation and monitoring of the Group’s financial and managerial reporting. You will ensure the reliability and consistency of data by managing consolidation in HFM and supporting local teams during budget and interim loading periods. You will also develop planning scenarios and standardized templates to analyze key performance indicators such as industrial costs, manual gaps, and foreign exchange effects.

You will work closely with Central Functions (Planning & Analysis, Overheads Controlling, Industrial Controlling) on monthly closings, planning exercises, and various ad hoc analyses. You will take part in process improvements by enhancing automation, implementing data checks, and harmonizing documentation related to reporting and closing procedures.

You will also support the integration of new companies, ensuring alignment across systems and metadata (HFM, Essbase). In addition, you will monitor the reporting calendar to ensure timely progress of all activities and provide assistance during system migrations or tool enhancements.

Who we are looking for:

You hold a Master’s degree in Finance (or a related field), are fluent in English, and have up to three years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or reporting.  We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex financial data with accuracy. You combine a structured and proactive mindset with solid knowledge of reporting and consolidation tools. Your ability to collaborate effectively across functions and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment will be key to succeeding in this role.
