About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg, we're searching for an intern to join our Supply Chain department for a 6-month internship starting in March

Main Responsibilities:

In our Raw Materials Supply Chain function, you’ll support activities related to warehousing and manage the inbound and outbound flow of raw materials. You’ll work closely with experienced team members and collaborate with key stakeholders across various functions, including Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, and Controlling.

In this role, you’ll analyze data to track stock trends and coverage, focusing on inbound and outbound volumes for our strategic raw material warehouses. You’ll also assist in maintaining and enhancing our data dashboards, ensuring clear visibility into stock levels, transit status, and supply tracking.

Additionally, you’ll help oversee the weekly milk allocation for our North Europe plants and monitor the cocoa butter operations in terms of cost, shelf life, and inventory availability. Your work will also support the Raw Material Consumption team by providing data analysis for the calculation and consolidation of requirements at the category and group level, such as cocoa beans.

Who we are looking for:

You bring a degree in Engineering or Supply Chain/Production. You are curious and eager to learn about local supply chain and plant operations, which will help you navigate our dynamic environment with confidence.

Your proficiency in the MS Office package, with a particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint, will help you effectively analyze and communicate crucial information. You are fluent in English with strong communication skills and an analytical mindset, play a vital role in fostering effective collaboration and driving insightful decision-making processes.
