About the Role:
For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for a Business Development and Project Coordinator – Food Service to support crossroad operation, marketing and strategy.
Main Responsibilities:
Thanks to your ability to analyze and consolidate complex information, you will prepare and present comprehensive business cases for Food Service projects. This includes gathering and structuring key data such as volumes, sales, margins, rotation and customer insights using a standardized template. You will also propose criteria for evaluating opportunities and ensure alignment within the Food Service team while supporting the implementation of procedures and business intelligence processes.
You will define and oversee detailed project plans, together with local Business Units and Area Out of Home Managers including timelines and budgets, coordinating stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met. By tracking progress and addressing any challenges that arise, you will maintain momentum and alignment with strategic objectives. Your role will also involve collaborating with IP department and DTC ensuring all necessary information is provided to support Brand Usage Agreements
With a strategic and operational focus, you will identify new opportunities and develop solutions tailored to market needs. Drawing on input from various business units and trade events, you will prioritize initiatives, create selling arguments, and propose strategies to support Food Service channel development. By providing solutions for storytelling, POS materials, and channel support, you will help enhance the Food Service range and coordinate global implementations, such as Nutella projects in different markets.
With your ability to influence stakeholders and create consensus, you will unlock new business opportunities and develop Project Guide to cascade with different markets. You will be the point of reference for new project development approval process, ensuring correct understanding of guidelines. This includes reaching compromises and finding solution, collaborating with Area Out of Home (OOH) Managers and Global Marketing teams.
