Brand Manager Raffaello

About the Role:

 

For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for a Brand Manager (BM) Raffaello who will assist the Senior Brand Manager Raffaello for the development and implementation of the global strategy of this iconic brand.

 

Thanks to this exciting opportunity, you will be highly exposed to the R&D and technical departments, graphic and advertising (ADV) agencies, quantitative and qualitative tools of market research with the goal of interpreting the learning and making it actionable. 

 

You will be requested to work on all the elements of the marketing mix, with a particular focus on product, packaging, strategy, research tools, P&L and economics. 

Main Responsibilities:

 

Project development

 

In this role, you will support the Senior BM in the Strategic process of innovation and follow all the phases of “New Products Development Process”, actively contributing to the development of the full marketing mix. You will align and coordinate key stakeholders (R&D, Packaging, Technical Department, Research), engaging colleagues to get their full commitment and agreement to ensure the implementation of the actions. Moreover, you will monitor the whole process to ensure the achievement of the goals within the scheduled timing and act as Global Brand Owner, supporting Areas and Business unit in the development of the brand. 

 

Consumer Research

 

Your activities will include supporting the Senior BM in briefing the Research Department as well as preparing and taking part to the research field activities (Qual and Quant). You will also deeply analyze research results, in order to identify and cover new business opportunities

 

Packaging design

 

You will create packaging designs through briefs for agencies and participate in the evaluation of the works to select the final ones. You will drive the Global Portfolio and Packaging development, with a focus on sustainability and actively contribute to the Packaging and Technical Department in developing new SKUs. You will also coordinate the activities carried out by external suppliers (mock-ups, artworks, shooting, etc.).

 

Brand Communication

 
Brand assets development (including shooting, brand book update, digital content), manage digital content creation and optimization in line with guidelines.

 

Brand and competition monitoring

 
You will conduct global analysis, monitoring new launches and looking for input and new trends.

 

Budget Management 


Lastly, you will monitor the costs versus budget and, if necessary, implement corrective actions.  

About You:

 

You will bring a degree in Economics, Business, Marketing or equivalent as well as 1-3 years of experience in Marketing or Marketing-related departments. 

 

You will succeed in this role thanks to your understanding of FMCG, Brand Marketing, multi-markets and cultures. Additionally, your strong communication, influencing, analytical and financial skills will be highly valuable, as will your Project Management capability.

 

Your result-oriented, dynamic, flexible and proactive approach, combined with your ability to work effectively in a structured environment, within strict deadlines, will prove an asset. 

 

On top of this you are fluent in English and have a solid command of Microsoft Office tools and Nielsen/IRI databases.
