About the Role:

For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for a Brand Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract who will contribute to the global development of key and innovative marketing projects for the Nutella Biscuits brand.

The BM will play an active role in the evolution and optimization of the current range, contributing to the global expansion and growth of the brand. He/she will support the definition and development of the new projects in the global activity grid (incl. seasonal and special projects), having the opportunity to work on all the elements of the marketing mix: product, packaging, concept generation, P&L and economics.

Main Responsibilities:

Thanks to your analytical mindset and strategic thinking, you will contribute to shaping the global brand strategy by supporting the Senior Brand Manager in defining guidelines and performance objectives for the company’s three-year plan. Your ability to identify opportunities and propose fact-based recommendations will be key in building the global activity grid and suggesting new initiatives that align with brand principles. In selected cases, you will also provide insights directly to the Category President, ensuring a strong and consistent brand direction.

You will take ownership of specific projects within the global activity grid, coordinating with key stakeholders such as R&D, Packaging, Technical Department, CSU, and Controlling. Your collaborative approach will engage teams and ensure alignment, commitment, and smooth execution of initiatives. With a structured and detail-oriented mindset, you will oversee the entire process, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones while working closely with Area Marketing and Business Unit teams to define launch plans, track implementation, and monitor performance.

Your ability to interpret market research and analyze brand performance will allow you to provide valuable recommendations and actionable next steps. By working with CSU, you will help shape research studies, evaluate insights, and translate findings into strategic decisions. Additionally, you will track brand performance through sell-in, sell-out, and consumer KPIs while conducting marketplace analysis to identify trends and monitor competition. Your involvement in global brand campaign coordination, particularly in digital assets and packaging design, will ensure high-quality execution, from concept development to final implementation, including collaboration with external suppliers.

Who we are looking for:

Thanks to your experience in brand management within the FMCG industry, you have developed a strong ability to drive projects forward, ensuring consistency and impact across different touchpoints. Your exposure to product development and packaging design will be an advantage in bringing innovative ideas to life. With 2 to 4 years of experience, ideally in an FMCG company, you are familiar with the fast-paced environment and the need to adapt quickly to evolving market demands.

You will rely on your strong communication and influencing skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners. Your ability to manage projects effectively, combined with solid analytical skills, will help you make data-driven decisions and contribute to the brand’s growth. A results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach will be key in driving initiatives while maintaining flexibility in high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.

Your proficiency in advanced MS Office tools will support your daily tasks, while any experience with SAP will be an advantage. Fluency in English is essential for this role, and knowledge of any additional language will be a plus in working within an international environment.
