About the Role:
For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a curious, open, and proactive Marketing Strategist for Power Crunch & the Better For You (BFY) USA Perimeter who will be part of the Marketing Strategy Better For You team, reporting to the Senior Marketing Strategist Better For You.
Main Responsibilities:
By covering this position, you will be responsible for the North America BFY Portfolio and you will develop a 360° strategic marketing mix to support the strategy for the relaunch in existing markets or launch in new markets.
Moreover, you will handle brand legal matters, nutrition and sustainability, quality monitoring, and market performance analysis to evaluate initiatives, business metrics, brand KPIs, and consumer trends.
Also, your mission will be to assist in new product development by collaborating with R&D to create prototypes. You will lead consumer validation, plan and set up qualitative and quantitative research activities, and analyze results to identify marketing mix opportunities.
You will be responsible for special projects regarding the assigned brand portfolio while supporting the maintenance and renovation of Product-Range strategy and portfolio management.
On top of that, your role will be to create packaging designs or ADV briefs for agencies, evaluate their work to select winners, ensure activity completion, and coordinate external suppliers.
Last but not least, you will support the long-term strategic development of the Power Crunch brand, contribute to the BFY Group's long-term strategy, and partner with other functions to assess the financial and industrial feasibility of innovation projects.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring your educational background with 5-7 years of experience in Marketing, strong expertise in FMCG industry and Brand Marketing environment.
Moreover, you are demonstrating a strategic mindset, strong analytical and marketing skills, curiosity, and a consumer-driven approach, ideally in multi-market environments.
As a dynamic, flexible, and proactive project manager, you are able to manage strict deadlines while possessing strong communication skills with a result-driven approach.
Finally, you will bring your proficiency in Microsoft Office and your fluency in English.
