About the Role:

 

For our Ferrero Luxembourg Headquarters we are looking for a Area Revenue & Trade Manager to join the Sales Business Development team

 

Your role will be implementing Revenue and Trade Management initiatives in the Area and Regions, leveraging on the central team methodologies and understanding the local business and priorities as well as gathering local needs in terms of Revenue and Trade Management acting as a bridge of the central and local commercial teams. 
 

Main Responsibilities:

 

Thanks to your role as the Area Revenue & Trade Manager, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless coordination between the Group and the Regions in the realm of Pricing & Revenue Management strategies and commercial capabilities development.

 

You will be supporting countries in finalizing and implementing pricing & revenue management plans that align seamlessly with the Group's overarching strategy and team objectives. Your expertise will help you to identify and manage risks and opportunities, maintaining constant alignment with the Group’s Team to foster a cohesive approach. 

 

Your responsibilities extend to adopting commercial capabilities and policies, collaborating with countries to define action plans, and diligently monitoring their execution. Additionally, you will take charge of analyzing customer performances, providing valuable insights, and establishing priorities for Area Channels teams. Your ability to ensure constant alignment between the central Revenue & Trade Management Team and countries on Revenue & Trade topics will be effective in maintaining a unified and effective approach across the organization. 

 

In this dynamic role, your analytical prowess and strategic thinking will be critical as you contribute to the overall success of the organization by fostering cohesion, consistency, and strategic alignment in the critical areas of Pricing & Revenue Management
 

Who we are looking for:

 

Thanks to your wealth of experience, which spans over 8 years, you bring a depth of knowledge that will be crucial in this role. Your academic background, whether it's a Bachelor's, Master's, MBA, or a related qualification, provides the foundation for the strategic and analytical challenges you'll encounter. 

 

You will leverage your previous experience in a Business Unit commercial excellence team, sales, commercial controlling, trade marketing, or strategic consulting (specifically in the FMCG sector) to navigate the complexities of our dynamic industry. Your analytical skills will be pivotal in dissecting data, while your strategic mindset will guide decisions that align seamlessly with our objectives. 

 

In this role, your presentation skills will be put to the test as you communicate insights and strategies effectively. Your ability to thrive in a matrix organization will ensure that you can navigate diverse teams and collaborate seamlessly.

 

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Power Point and Excel, and a strong command of English (with proficiency as a must) will equip you for success in this international environment. Any additional language proficiency would be a valuable asset, enhancing your ability to engage with a broader spectrum of stakeholders.
