About the Role:

You will be part of Group Administration team in Luxembourg HQs. You will report directly to the Head of Group Administration and the Region Administration units will report professionally to you. You will support the Head of Group Administration in the definition of financial accounting, IFRS Reporting and administrative compliance relevant objectives and initiatives planning at Group level to support Ferrero Group business guidance and development, by guaranteeing through Areas’ coordination timely and accurate Statutory Financial Statements (e.g. unqualified external auditor opinions, overall consistency toward Group Policies, quality and level of disclosure), by securing Group policies and procedures compliance, harmonization of administration processes and financial accounting and standards routines implementation, triggering the finance process digitalization through innovation of IT tools to support Ferrero financial activities and continuous enhancement of both Group Standards and local GRC and de-risking attitude.

Main Responsibilities:

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING & REPORTING
You will support Group Administration in both securing the actual financial data and cascading of the Group Administration guidelines, in the definition of the accounting model/practices/routines, balance sheet and P&L items classification and Finance policies and Financial Accounting & IFRS Reporting Manuals; also you will support the Group Admininistration Team in the “Numero Unico” continuous monthly monitoring with the Consolidation Office.
You will provide support to Regional Administration Units for the Scorecard KPI and the fast closing calendar implementation.
RELATIONSHIP WITH THE EXTERNAL AUDITOR
You will support Group Administration in defining the Audit plan, the scope of activities by Region, Audit fees (Audit Committee approval required) definition, NAS (Non Audited Services) strict filtering at Region level; you will support the external audit cleared opinions process at Country level.
PROCESSES AND ORGANIZATION
You will identify and implement administration process best practices.
AUDIT AND CONTROL
You will support the implementation of internal controls and Internal Audit recommendations, executing timely the Area administrative audit and GRC action plan to ensure accuracy, actual financial data integrity and consistency of application of evaluation criteria of balance sheet items. You will support the overall administrative compliance with the Group GOS and Policies and Group Corporate Governance process applicable at Country level
OTHER ACTIVITIES
You will support Group Administration and Area CFO in Group Finance transformation programs/projects cascading and implementation. You will facilitate best practices sharing with the Administrative Group Professional family to reinforce both Compliance protection and Business Partnership pillars. Additionally, you will support Group Administration in the implementation of synergies with the Related Parties, transfer of administrative and accounting process and integration rules when new acquired Companies become part of Ferrero Group.
 

Who we are looking for:

You have a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, along with 15+ years of experience with strong knowledge in financial accounting, analysis, auditing and IFRS principles. Moreover, you are familiar with the operative Treasury concepts.
You are skilled in Business Process Modeling, being able to analyze current processes in order to further improve/automate them.
Your analytical and problem-solving skills are well-developed and you are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring that financial objectives are met while maintaining clear communication with key stakeholders and team members across the geographies.
