About the Role:

 

For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for our next Advanced Trade Management Analytics Capability Development to drive harmonization across markets, streamline processes/data model(s) and strengthen the governance by designing and implementing a global template solution. 
 

Main Responsibilities:

 

Thanks to your expertise in trade management capability, you'll act as a central advanced TM analytics leader and subject matter expert. Your role involves supporting the Commercial Transformation Manager in designing, monitoring, and following up on the ATMA capability rollout plan. You'll also assist local project leaders and PMOs in implementing the ATMA capability, defining business requirements, and ensuring full alignment with finance and analytics teams for Promo ROI analysis. 

 

You'll play an important role in developing and maintaining the ATMA blueprint, aligning it with people, system, and process frameworks. Your responsibilities include creating UAT scenarios, coordinating UAT activities with business users, and ensuring comprehensive test coverage. Additionally, you'll contribute to finalizing the change management plan, focusing on business gains, challenges, and adoption strategies post go-live. 

 

In managing cross-functional relationships and program management, you'll evaluate change requests' relevancy and potential impact on other streams like finance. Your tasks involve identifying constraints for business continuity, planning de-risking activities, and providing change management support by identifying areas/processes most impacted by changes and ensuring smooth transition processes. 

Who we are looking for:


Thanks to your extensive background, you will bring between 5 to 8 years of experience in Sales, Digital Marketing, Revenue management, strategic consulting and/or Business Development to the role.  

 

Your expertise should specifically include a track record in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. Your success in this position will hinge on your adept relational skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse cultures and stakeholders across different levels. Furthermore, your analytical mindset will be an asset in navigating the complexities of the role.  

 

Your proficiency in IT skills, particularly in MS Office with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel, will contribute to the efficient execution of tasks. Fluency in English is a prerequisite for the role, and any additional language proficiency would be considered an advantageous attribute, enhancing your ability to engage with a broader spectrum of stakeholders.
