About the Role:
For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg we are currently looking for an APAC MEA Industrial Controller who will be reporting to Area APAC MEA Operations Controlling Manager within the Finance Department.
Main Responsibilities:
In this role, your responsibilities will encompass various key areas.
You will perform monthly closing analysis, presentations, planning scenarios analysis and consistency checks, while being in charge of consolidating and challenging Risks & Opps reports prepared by Local Plants.
Additionally, you will monitor the risk on obsolescence and destruction costs for Raw Materials, Packaging, Semi/Finished Products and fixed asset write off. You will also actively participate in Area Industrial Boards to explain Month-end closing and Monthly Planning Financials for the Area.
Moreover, this role plays a role in supporting Category Controllers with the financial analysis of CAPEX investments.
Equally important, you'll assist in the preparation of reporting and ad hoc analysis, as well as coordinate and collect documents from countries according to the Group Governance standards. This will contribute significantly to our financial reporting processes.
You will also supervise the simulation of new product and SKUs costs and support Category Controllers in innovation projects. Monitoring the production evolution in your designated area based on S&OP evidence will also be part of your responsibilities.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring your Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or related and 5-7 years of experience in Controlling, within FMCG industry or in an international business environment.
On top of this, the key to your success will be your communication skills and capability to work in a complex matrix organization, combined with your result oriented and problem solver skills.
You are fluent in English and your experience as a user in HFM/Essbase/SAP knowledge considered a plus.
Your analytical skills come with your excellent PC command on MS Office tools (proficiency in Excel).
