About the Role:
Thanks to your expertise in operations planning and strategic analysis, you will contribute to the development of industrial scenarios for Ferrero’s production footprint. Your role involves consolidating plant, line, and flow planning in alignment with the Group’s strategic priorities while ensuring consistency across innovation and operations at a global level.
You will support benchmarking activities to assess and guide the evolution of Ferrero’s industrial footprint. Through comparative analyses, you will help identify trends and development opportunities that contribute to optimizing operational structures.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with teams at both headquarters and regional levels, gaining a broad perspective on Ferrero’s operational strategies. This position provides exposure to key processes within the organization and offers a foundation for professional growth
Main Responsibilities:
Thanks to your analytical skills and ability to work with strategic and operational data, you will support the Industrial Scenarios Development Manager in defining and evaluating industrial footprint scenarios at the Group level. Your work will involve consolidating key inputs from strategic and operational perspectives to ensure they are integrated into the Operations Footprint framework.
You will develop alternative evolution scenarios, conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses to provide structured insights on opportunities, risks, and cost-benefit considerations. Additionally, you will perform benchmarking exercises to assess and compare different operational scenarios.
You will also contribute to monitoring progress and updates related to industrial footprint development, ensuring that activities remain aligned with the Group’s strategic direction. This role will provide you with broad exposure to Ferrero’s operational landscape and the opportunity to collaborate across different functions.
Who we are looking for:
Thanks to your background in engineering or a related production field, along with your 1-4 years of experience in FMCG operations or consulting, you will contribute to the development of Ferrero’s industrial footprint strategies. Your knowledge of supply chain and production structures, including factory locations, distribution centers, and cost drivers, will support scenario analysis and decision-making at both regional and global levels.
You will apply your analytical and project management skills to navigate complex variables, ensuring precise and structured recommendations. Your ability to think strategically, adapt to evolving priorities, and proactively manage responsibilities will be essential in this role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to collaborate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages is an advantage. You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Occasional travel may be part of your responsibilities.
