About the Role:

As the Continuous Improvement Specialist you will be essential to bringing our products to consumers through the building of capabilities in lean manufacturing methodologies, driving towards our production goals and championing Ferrero Operational Excellence (FOX) work processes.

This position is 100% on-site and reports to the Continuous Improvement Manager at the Louisville Plant.
