Mobility, Reward Admin & Analytics Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a Mobility, Reward Administration & Analytics Specialist to join our vibrant HR team on a permanent contract. In this role, you will support the UK & Ireland region in delivering Group Reward programs and ensuring excellence across all related processes

You will analyze complex sets of data, manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders, and ensure timelines are met while proactively addressing challenges. The position requires strong collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse, remote teams, as well as the ability to research best practices and maintain relationships both internally and externally. A structured mindset and an interest in administrative tasks will be essential to succeed in this role.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Mobility, Reward Administration & Analytics Specialist, your role will involve managing and administering benefits programs, including medical coverage, pensions, and wellbeing initiatives, while handling invoicing and purchase orders and ensuring clear communication to employees. You will act as a point of contact for employee queries related to benefits such as pensions and insurance.

You will oversee expatriate and foreign local hiring processes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including the Group Expat Unit, immigration, tax, and relocation consultants. Monitoring and reporting on reward costs, budgets, and performance metrics will be key, as will producing analytics to support DE&I initiatives such as gender pay gap analysis and pay transparency.

You will contribute to the digital transformation of Reward systems, working with tools like SuccessFactors, and play a role in job evaluations using methodologies such as Hay Korn Ferry and Mercer. You will help deliver training to HR teams and line managers to enhance understanding of reward policies.

In addition, you will take part in any ad-hoc compensation project or related stream of work, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to evolving business needs.

About You:

We’re seeking someone with solid experience in benefits administration—covering costing, budgeting, and the management of invoices and purchase orders. You’ll need strong Excel skills and the confidence to work with complex data. Clear communication in English, both written and spoken, is essential for collaborating across teams. Experience with payroll processes is a plus and would be considered a valuable advantage.
