About the Role:

Join our dynamic team and take the lead in ensuring seamless business continuity!  As our Procurement Service Center Co-ordinator, you'll be at the forefront of orchestrating all procurement transactional activities and key administrative duties across various categories.  Dive into the heart of our operations, working collaboratively to keep our processes running smoothly.  Utilise cutting-edge dashboards and data analytics to monitor performance and provide invaluable insights to support our front-office team.

Main Responsibilities:

You will play a pivotal role in facilitating the PR workflow, ensuring clarity in information, and collaborating with requestors when needed.  Additionally, you will assist Buyers and Procurement Category managers in contract and price list creation.  

 

Managing relationships with stakeholders (such as Business Partners, Category Managers, and Area/Region Procurement) and handling any emerging issues through proper escalation processes will also be part of your responsibilities.  You will drive innovation in processes, working with relevant tools and IT, to foster continuous improvement and enhance efficiency.

 

In this role, you will monitor requisitioning and order management procedures while facilitating the coordination of purchase order creation and related activities.  You'll manage discrepancies, implement guidelines, and optimise workload distribution. 

 

You'll provide guidance to the team, manage external teams such as the Supplier Enablement Team, and coordinate vendor master data processes.  Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure smooth procurement operations and adherence to best practices, contributing to overall efficiency and success.

 

You will be responsible for ensuring the overall performance of the Procurement Service Center, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and other relevant metrics.  Additionally, you will conduct spend reporting and data analytics to provide valuable insights and support to the front-office team. 

 

Your role involves managing assigned personnel, ensuring adherence to Group values, promoting motivation, diversity, and competence development.  You'll facilitate effective communication through line managers and recruit, manage, coach, and develop your team.  Additionally, you'll oversee professional development, evaluating individuals and proposing growth initiatives.  Your leadership will foster a high-performing and inclusive team environment.
