About the Role:
Are you ready to take on a role where strategy meets execution and your ideas directly shape business growth? As a Customer and Category Development Manager, you will be the key driver of our trade marketing efforts, working hand-in-hand with Sales and Marketing to develop and implement plans that elevate our performance across the channels.
Main Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be building and executing category strategies, analyzing sell-out data, and identifying opportunities to increase ROI, market share, and customer engagement. You’ll support the sales team with tailored offers, manage POS materials, and lead the development of activation plans and loyalty programs. Your ability to spot trends, act on insights, and collaborate across departments will be essential to your success.
