Business Intelligence TMK Analyst
About the Role:
Main Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be working across multiple functions, translating complex data into meaningful insights that shape the business. A strong focus will be on managing TPM promotions, supporting SAP BPC processes, and ensuring consistency across budget management and financial planning activities. Additionally, your contribution to S&OP planning will include building forecasts, analyzing sell-in and sell-out data, and supporting demand planning decisions across customers and channels.
Your day-to-day will involve developing data visualization solutions and KPI reporting dashboards that allow teams to track performance effectively. You will also be responsible for business performance tracking, identifying risks and opportunities through data analysis, and delivering clear recommendations to stakeholders. Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance will be essential to ensure alignment between financial targets and market execution.
Beyond reporting, you will bring added value by driving automation and continuous improvement in tools, strengthening retail analytics capabilities, and ensuring a single source of truth across all business data. Additionally, you will contribute to operational excellence by supporting customer-specific reports, tracking stock and orders, and enhancing decision-making processes through structured insight generation.
About You:
You are a data-driven, proactive professional with a passion for turning numbers into business impact. Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis, Power BI, and data visualization are essential, along with familiarity with systems like SAP BPC or similar financial planning tools. Your understanding of sales forecasting, commercial planning, and FMCG analytics allows you to connect financials with market realities.
Additionally, you combine structured thinking with curiosity, always looking for ways to improve processes and uncover new opportunities. Strong communication skills enable you to explain complex insights in a simple, compelling way, influencing stakeholders across functions. You thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Most importantly, you are passionate about creating impact through insight generation and driving better decisions across the business.
