Area 3PO International Contract Manufacturing (12-months fixed-term contract)
About the Role:
At Ferrero, you will help shape the future of our contract manufacturing network across the Area International 3PO scope. Your mission will be to connect people, processes, and operations, ensuring products move efficiently from planning through production and delivery. Working across supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and technical teams, you will create a lasting impact on how we grow and develop external manufacturing partnerships while safeguarding the quality and care behind our products.
Main Responsibilities:
You will be involved in contract manufacturing projects from early assessment and feasibility through industrialization and operational launch. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will support business case development, evaluate supply chain flows, and help prepare the foundations for long-term manufacturing partnerships.
Moreover, you will lead the end-to-end development of supply chain processes and system integration activities. You will coordinate upstream and downstream flows, ensuring materials, information, and products move smoothly across partners and Ferrero sites while supporting compliance with finance and tax governance requirements.
As production begins, you will oversee demand and supply coordination, support operational governance, and act as the key operational contact for manufacturing partners. You will help resolve issues, manage risks, drive continuous alignment, and support the Area 3PO International Manager in delivering successful, sustainable operations.
About You:
You bring a Master’s degree in Engineering or Economics together with at least 5 years of professional experience. Through your career, you have built solid knowledge of supply chain operations, manufacturing, logistics, planning, and project management.
You communicate fluently in English and build trusted relationships with colleagues at different levels of the organization. Through your analytical approach, autonomy, and ability to influence decisions, you will help craft solutions and drive initiatives from concept to delivery.
You can navigate complex projects involving multiple functions and priorities while maintaining a clear focus on execution. Your understanding of product development processes and SAP fundamentals allows you to contribute confidently across industrial and operational activities.
