About the Role:
Working in the position of Trade marketing manager in charge of POS materials means being fully responsible for this area. You will play a critical role in shaping consumer experiences and driving business growth. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to leverage consumer, shopper, and customer insights to deliver impactful trade-marketing initiatives that will influence the growth of our business.
Main Responsibilities:
• Full-cycle POSM management, from planning and design to production, delivery, and ongoing support, ensuring complete documentation and compliance;
• Monitor and ensure consistent in-store execution in line with brand guidelines;
• POSM stock controlling (warehouse, distributors) and accumulating of demand;
• Negotiations. Building effective business relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally through managing expectations, clear communication and consistent performance;
• Lead POSM budgeting, monthly budget tracking, and revision to align with business goals;
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry innovations, bringing new insights and potential growth opportunities to the team;
• Monitoring competitive activity and delivering key learnings, thus ensuring competitive strategies;
• Contribute to both local and regional initiatives to strengthen our market position.
Who we are looking for:
• Higher education in Marketing, Business Administration or any business-related field;
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position within an FMCG company, ideally with experience in managing POS materials and working with the Modern and TT channel;
• Good command of English language (upper-intermediate), Ukrainian language (fluent), and Microsoft Office programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook;
• Strong sales & negotiation skills, team spirit, problem solving & analytical skills, with a proactive, results-driven attitude;
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects within scheduled timelines;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities, with a proven capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
