About the Role:

This role operates at the intersection of the sales team, business leaders, and supply chain.

Your task will be create a product-level forecast on a recurring basis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting activities associated with customers and products. Creation and maintain of forecast models for customers, incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from sales, marketing, finance, retailer replenishment analysts, and other sources (i.e.: Nielsen or other syndicated consumer data);
  • Leading a dialogue with key sales, marketing and supply chin managers in order to creation or modification the sales forecast for customers and products;
  • Post-analysis of forecast to detect the real effect of the volume of activities, innovations, promotions and other;
  • Deep root cause analysis on forecast errors, drive strong action plan upon them.

Who we are looking for:

  • University Degree (technical, mathematics, economy, statistics);
  • Experience in FMCG companies on the similar position (with customer’s volume planning), experience in Sales department is a plus;
  • Experience in Customer demand planning;
  • Experience of participation in S&OP (sales and operations planning) process or/and JBP (joint business plan) with customers as a plus;
  • Computer skills: MS Office – advanced level, SAP APO, MS SQL – as a plus;
  • Language skills English – intermediate/upper intermediate;
  • Strong analytical, and communication skills, team working skills, result orientation, responsibility, stress resistance, ability to meet deadlines.
