About the Role:
If you’re looking for a role with variety, this is it. As a Key Account Manager your main focus will be to drive sales development across a number of clients. You’ll work alongside the head of Accounts to build brilliant relationships with a breadth of clients define sales strategies, targets, programs, commercial initiatives and promotional policies.
Main Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and continued business. Additionally, you will acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, and expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
In this role, it is crucial to ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner. You will serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams, resolving any issues and complaints to maintain trust. You will play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships. Furthermore, you will prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Who we are looking for:
The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in Sales. S/he must possess strong problem-solving abilities and be adept at providing solutions tailored to customer needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with a proven ability to build relationships across all organizational levels. The candidate should also demonstrate exceptional organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills. A strong understanding of P&L is preferred.
