About the Role:

Increase sales of Ferrero products in the assigned territory through developing qualitative and quantitative distribution and achieving Building Blocks targets.

Main Responsibilities:

Business Management:

• 完美执行费列罗的批发商和迷你店拜访流程
• 确保所负责的批发商和迷你店销售目标的达成
• 拓展符合费列罗标准的批发商数量
• 确保所负责人的批发商和迷你店的活跃度
• 清晰传达公司的活动策略和产品策略给到批发商和迷你店层面
• 根据公司指引在批发商和迷你店层面进行谈判
• 管理批发商的出货价格及产品流向
• 批发商和迷你店仓库库存管理及盘点数量
• 依据公司的指引完成各项业绩指标,如销量、分销、货架陈列、新鲜度等;
• 与批发商和迷你店建立并保持良好的客情关系
• 解决批发商和迷你店层面的问题

Who we are looking for:

* Chinese Local Labor contract with local salary & benefits package will be offered for this position.
** Proficiency in English and Mandarin speaking.
Sales skills; negotiating skills, KAM skills, Market Knowledge: Traditional & Modern Trade, Impulse Channel; Ferrero Portfolio; Ferrero Commercial Policies; Channel & Customer Plan; Commercial Logistics; Sales, Field & Merchandising Processes
