We are currently seeking a HCo Türkiye Food Safety and Quality System Responsible. This pivotal role within the Ferrero Quality Organization is based in Izmit and reports directly to the HCo Türkiye Food Safety and Quality Coordinator. In this position, you will oversee FSQ System Management, supervise and develop FSQ System procedures at the HCo Türkiye plants in accordance with Group policy, strategy, and certification requirements. You will also support the HCo Türkiye plant FSQ in Group Audits, External Audits, conduct supplier audits, prepare the regional dashboard, and coordinate system development and data mapping.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and develop FSQ System procedures at HCo Türkiye Plant in line with Group policy, strategy, and certification requirements
  • Support the Quality Assurance team in developing FSQ Management Systems, tracking quality documents, and aligning with Group strategy
  • Maintain accurate documentation, perform statistical analysis, and provide training and support to the FSQ team
  • Manage tracking and repository of external documents to support Food Safety & Quality systems in the plants
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and lead problem-solving efforts related to FSQ issues

Audit Support:

  • Assist in Group and External Audits at HCo regional plants
  • Conduct internal audits to identify non-compliance and implement improvements
  • Execute or coordinate external audits to suppliers, monitoring documents and highlighting discontinuities

System Development:

  • Prepare the regional dashboard and coordinate system development and data mapping
  • Collaborate with the central team to define KPIs and report audit information
  • Report major issues and CAPA progress to the HCo Türkiye FSQ Coordinator monthly
  • Support CAPEX/OPEX definition due to FSQ development and audit findings, aligning local plants
     

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Food Engineering
  • Preferably 7+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of international quality standards for the food industry (ISO9001, ISO22000, HACCP, GFSI, Halal, Kosher) 
  • Advanced problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability in communication and cross-team collaboration, effective time management, and adaptability to diverse and dynamic environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish
  • No travel restrictions
