About the Role:

You will be a key player in TM operations, ensuring the correct plan implementation at each store with the right POSM material, size, and date. Additionally, you will be the central point of contact between the regional TMO and marketing teams with the local sales team for secondary off-shelf implementation.

Main Responsibilities:

As Trade Marketing Operations Lead, you'll drive in-store excellence through BI, POSM, and MPS. You'll analyze data to inform decisions, track performance, and identify growth. You'll manage the full POSM lifecycle (planning to placement), ensuring timely availability and minimizing waste. Crucially, you'll champion MPS implementation, monitor KPIs, address gaps, and foster alignment between teams. Your role ensures data-driven, efficient execution to maximize sell-in.

Who we are looking for:

We need a highly motivated Trade Marketing Operations Lead with 3-5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and analytical abilities, be an expert in Excel and Power BI, and have a proven track record of analyzing EPOS and Nielsen data.
