About the Role:

Developing the business relationship with the Customers for all contract negotiated and sales development activities through the CBP activities.

The role expect for the main Customers, dedicated Key Account with the responsibility of vertically direct Sales Force. Defines, with the Key Account Team, the sales strategies on Customers/Channels, the Customer Integrated Plan and he is responsible for their implementation.

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Proposes and shares the sales volume budget for the Clients with the Sales Manager
  • Responsible for achieving sales objectives and managing commercial costs of his own structure (P&L)
  • Responsible for credit management 
  • Presents the contracts for the Top Clients 
  • Promotes category projects 
  • Participate in the most important sales negotiations
  • Recruit, manage, motivate, train and develop his staff

Who we are looking for:

  • Great communication skill
  • Microsoft Literate (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Data interpretation using SAP
  • Analytical skills
  • Negotiating skills
  • People Management
  • Bachelors Degree in business related field
  • 6 - 8 Years Experience relevant to the role
