About the Role:
This role involves reviewing AR status, managing deductions, handling daily operations, preparing credit management & reports, escalating risks, and ensuring team adherence to policies.
Main Responsibilities:
You will undertake overall responsibility for Accounts Receivable and credit management across all sales channels. This involves reviewing AR status, customer reconciliation, RTVs, deductions, and credit limits, as well as managing customer deductions and recording tax invoices.
You will handle daily operational topics, including credit limit blocks, sales queries, and receivables recoveries, while coordinating with sales and customer service teams. Your role also includes preparing Group, Region, and Local deliverables like credit reports, ensuring complete VAN reconciliation with management escalation for risks, and timely circulating Key Account customers status.
You will escalate any unresolved deductions or sales returns (RTV) to Sales Management to bring conclusions on topics. Additionally, you will manage and coach your team, ensuring critical topics are self-managed, oversee projects, and ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, performing other assigned duties as needed.
Who we are looking for:
This role requires strong problem-solving, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical abilities, along with effective people management and clear communication.
You should be a team player but also capable of independent work. Experience-wise, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3-6 years in FMCG (chocolate preferred), and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (or similar tools) are desired.
