About the Role:

We are looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in analyzing financial data and aiding in decision-making processes to enhance our company’s financial performance and growth. Based in Istanbul, you will report directly to the Financial Reporting Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

•    Prepare and review period-end financial reports and notes in compliance with IFRS
•    Oversee Group reporting packages and audit reports
•    Ensure the accuracy and adequacy of financial statement accounts in accordance with IFRS
•    Conduct monthly analytical reviews of financial statements and report findings to top management
•    Stay updated on IFRS developments and Ferrero Group’s accounting policies, implementing new accounting treatments as per the Group Manual
•    Serve as the primary contact for communication with the Group Consolidation Office and external auditors
•    Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance efficiencies in financial reporting processes
•    Participate in IFRS-based hyperinflation accounting postings
•    Provide support to functional counterparts in operating units and assist senior management with business and accounting matters
•    Actively engage in the implementation of improvements in financial reporting processes, finance-related projects, and SAP systems
•    Conduct special studies and analyses as needed

Who we are looking for:


•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
•    Preferably minimum of 5-6 years of financial experience, with at least 2-3 years in auditing
•    Advanced knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles
•    Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
•    Proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn
•    Highly organized and capable of multitasking
•    Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
•    Fluency in both written and spoken English and Turkish
