About the Role:
If you’re looking for a role with variety, this is it . As a Junior Trade Marketing Specialist your main focus will be to support all activities within your department. You’ll support the head of Trade Marketing in implementing sales strategies and in providing the tools and means to implement the Ferrero Category strategies at the point of sale.
Main Responsibilities:
At the interface between marketing, sales, and logistics, you are at the heart of our operational business.
• You have an overview of the sales strategy and act as an interface between specialist departments. This also includes coordinating sales documents.
• You will monitor the correct implementation of measures on the market.
• In coordination with external agencies, you will develop POS materials and implement POS initiatives.
• You will coordinate the creation of price lists and their approval process.
• You will process sales data, update standardized reporting tools, and create reports and analyses for management.
Who we are looking for:
You actively drive the business process forward with your own ideas, genuine impact, and creative freedom. Everything can be learned, but ideally you will have experience in trade marketing, preferably in the FMCG sector, in particular:
• University degree, ideally with a focus on business administration; professional experience is an advantage
• Solution-oriented personality and excellent communication and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment
• Analytical thinking and enjoyment of working with numbers, expertise in data stewardship is an advantage
• Written and spoken German and English
• Confident user skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• You are characterized by a structured, independent way of working with a high level of implementation strength and have an excellent sense of customer needs, high flexibility, and a hands-on mentality as well as entrepreneurial thinking.
