About the Role:
The role is aimed to build a mutually profitable and sustainable relationship with the key account customers in a professional manner and achieve company targets. The role facilitates the business development and growth and contributes to the respective Sales projects.
Main Responsibilities:

Develop and lead the dedicated key accounts strategy, plan implementation of the strategic goals set for the business growth

Provide strong ownership of the assigned accounts, with commitment to deliver commercial targets with joint efforts

Develop a strategic Customer Plan with objectives, strategies and plans to meet the Company and Customer needs
-
Optimize the achievement of volume, sales revenue, distribution, pricing, return and product freshness targets through managing the performance of assigned key account
-
Prepare the annual and medium term budget by customers in accordance with guidelines on brand strategies
-
Develop the strategic plan for product launch with the channel management concept
-
Validate and manage product cost as per company targets

Create awareness and demand for Ferrero brands by working closely with Trade Marketing and Brand Team on the development of program details to ensure accurate interpretation of brand strategies and application

Conduct detailed analysis of market intelligence to help shape Ferrero strategies, In close coordination with the Trade Marketing Manager

Manage the commercial policy, trade terms and customer plans for key accounts, negotiation of trading terms with the concept of pay for performance
-
Carry out negotiation activities, defining and negotiating contracts, annual / session promotion plan according to the marketing plan, planograms and others with the customers assigned

Plan, propose, implement, evaluate, and get feedback all the sales and promotion activities with regular updates to internal teams

Provide sales forecast management and continuous monitoring of sales targets achievement

Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of promotions and activities

Manage business review with customers regularly to share new plans, evaluate the performance, identify opportunities and provide recommendation for improvement.

Build and strengthen the relationship with key account customers to enhance customer satisfaction

Manage clear and timely communication exchange with cross-functional teams, collaborating with relevant stakeholders if the effective manner. Provide solutions to management when facing challenges, manage conflicts

Ensure operational efficiency by working closely with internal parties and customers on the work systems and procedures for ordering, delivery, and invoicing and participating in relevant projects and assignments

Manage planning and booking to reserve reasonable lead-time for each party to ensure smooth operation and avoid missing opportunity
-
Support inventory control and keep product freshness with high standard of forecasting accuracy
-
Communicate with key chains Operations and Supply Chain teams to facilitate compliance at store level. Improve sales forecast accuracy to avoid out of stock or over stock issues

Maintain a sound record for budget control and verification, ensure compliance in daily operations according to company guidelines

Take lead in internal projects, that facilitate business development and growth
Who we are looking for:

University degree
-
Strong experience in key account management in FMCG with relevant professional and market knowledge, category management experience is considered a plus
-
Experience with channel and customer plans, joint business planning, as well as commercial logistics, sales, field & merchandising processes

Strong analytical skills, numeric sense, attention to details

Advanced account management, presentation and negotiation skills, project leading skills

Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
-
Sales forecast, trade spending planning and management knowledge

Proactivity, high result-orientation, with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Strong ability to work across teams and cross-functionally, being a good team player and contributor

Strong knowledge of MS Office tools

Fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin, written and spoken
