Senior Brand Manager HK/TW, Kinder

About the Role:

The Senior Brand Manager role is aimed to lead Kinder Chocolate, Kinder Bueno and Biscuits portfolio across Hong Kong and Taiwan and drives brand growth through strategic planning, innovative marketing, and cross-functional collaboration. The position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and multicultural environment. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual brand plans for Kinder Chocolate, Kinder Bueno and Biscuits, delivering comprehensive 360° marketing strategies (ATL, BTL, digital) and ensuring effective implementation across all channels
  • Create and present annual brand strategies, targets, and media briefs. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage products portfolio, lead product launches, pricing, and volume forecasting in partnership with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Finance teams
  • Adapt creative assets for local markets, manage in-store activations, KOL/PR campaigns, social media, and coordinate with media agencies for timely execution
  • Manage and oversee packaging projects and product documentation, collaborating with Supply Chain to ensure on-time launches
  • Develop and deliver promotional plans and POSM materials with Trade Marketing team and agency partners
  • Manage brand budgets, purchase orders, and financial reporting, ensuring ROI and P&L accountability

About You:

  • University degree in Marketing or Business 
  • Solid brand marketing expertise. Additionally, working experience in commercial roles (Trade Marketing or Sales) is valued
  • Demonstrated success in brand strategy, 360° marketing, portfolio management, and product launches
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
  • Collaborative mindset and skillset in managing agencies and working across diverse teams and remote reporting structures
  • Agility, adaptability, and entrepreneurial mindset, with a high sense of ownership and proactive problem-solving
  • Advanced MS Office skills. Proficiency in Nielsen Answers and SAP is an advantage
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); Cantonese / Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus
