About the Role:
Main Responsibilities:
- Partner with Cluster General Manager and leadership teams to drive performance and support strategic decision-making
- Contribute to business planning, ensuring alignment with financial targets and growth objectives
- Lead financial planning cycles, including budgeting and mid-term planning
- Provide performance insights through KPI tracking, variance analysis, and gap identification
- Support commercial, category, and supply chain teams in identifying growth and efficiency opportunities
- Monitor business performance across products, customers, and channels
- Drive cost control, cash management, and forecasting accuracy improvements
- Analyze key cost drivers, including trade investments, promotions, and overheads
- Lead cash flow planning, forecasting, and capital expenditure processes
- Coordinate with central Finance and Treasury teams on funding and cash management
- Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in compliance with standards and audit requirements
- Strengthen financial controls, risk management, and governance frameworks
- Oversee financial closing, reporting, and audit processes
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage relationships with authorities and advisors
- Lead finance transformation initiatives and continuous improvement projects
- Ensure implementation of Group governance, risk, and compliance standards
- Partner with internal audit, legal, and risk teams to mitigate business risks
- Lead, develop, and coach finance teams across the North Asia cluster
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous development
- Ensure strong communication and capability building across the organization
About You:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline required, MBA preferred.
- Professional accounting qualification strongly preferred (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles (e.g., Head of Finance or equivalent), with a proven track record of leading finance functions at scale
- International exposure, with experience operating across multiple markets and diverse cultural environments

Knowledge of local statutory and regulatory requirements across Asia markets is advantageous
- Deep expertise in financial planning, controlling, and business partnering within complex, matrix organizations
- Advanced analytical mindset, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable business insights
- Strong commercial acumen, enabling effective support of strategic decision-making and performance optimization
- Demonstrated capability to operate in dynamic, fast-paced environments, balancing strategic priorities with operational execution
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively at senior leadership level
- Results-driven, agile, and resilient, with the ability to navigate complexity and drive outcomes in challenging environments
- Proven leadership capability, including building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
