About the Role:
Responsible for managing the FS market (Industrial, HORECA) along with developing the other sub channels of OOH Channel.
Will identify opportunities and ensuring consistent revenue generation. oversee communication and agreements with customers, particularly in trade agreements involving trade promo, out of shelf displays and cross category, Additionally, the role involves closing monthly activity plans and coordinating launches.
Main Responsibilities:
Accountabile for the delivery of key projects within the OOH Channel:
- Distributor returns management and improvement.
- Trade Spend optimization and ROI implementation.
- Distributor Systems integration, reporting and monitoring functionality.
- Sales Force Automation design, integration and rollout.
- Lead as project manager key sales projects coordinating all parties involved (i.e. SFA/DM systems project, TS Optimization).
Distributor returns management and improvement:
- Define Returns policies and processes with the OOH Sales Manager.
- Monitor and report on stock returns and destruction in all geographies.
- Develop and implement strategy to reduce distributor returns and destructions.
- Manage SEA returns within defined targets including remediation plans with distributors and Country Sales Managers.
Trade Spend Optimization:
- Develop tools and process for Trade Spend Optimisation project across SEA.
- Conduct regular Trade Spend ROI reviews with Country distributor team and put in place corrective actions as per agreed process.
- Prepare and present Trade Spend Optimisation review with summary of key actions learnings as monthly Cluster meeting.
- Monitoring of Trade spending guidelines, monitoring the performance and compliance within the annual plan.
Client Development and Management:
- Identifies growth drivers for the future for the assigned clients, suggesting: o business priorities by Category / store format o specific actions to meet sales targets o opportunities in the whole clients management (e.g. logistics efficiency, credit management).
- Develops a client plan combining the Country commercial policy with specific client drives of growth.
- Designs solutions for specific performance issues (new initiatives, additional events, pricing, profit-mix, etc.).
- Manages assigned clients credits, working as an interface between Ferrero Finance Function and client.
Cascading Ferrero way of working:
- Provides input for Local development activities and monitor alignment with Country strategies of clients / Brand initiatives.
- Contributes in the solution of problems with assigned channel / customer (e.g. promotions, delivery).
Activity Planing and Controlling:
- Monitors and verifies the proper application of promotions and commercial conditions defined during the negotiations.
- Tracks and monitors own and competitor product pricing (in cooperation with Country Sales managers).
- Provides sales forecast for the assigned clients.
- Monitors sales performance of assigned clients and assigned costs versus budget.
- Tracks and monitors customer performance (e.g. sell-in, sell out, stocks dynamics).
- Contributes to optimize Field Force coverage.
Negotiation
- Prepares and presents the contracts for the assigned clients.
- Develops sales argumentation in collaboration with Trade Marketing and Category Management, according to assigned clients characteristics.
- Agrees with clients the implementation of the Country promotional plan.
- Proposes additional promotional opportunities and supervises the implementation in line with marketing and Trade Marketing guidelines
Who we are looking for:
- Proven expiriance in sales or business development for FMCG companies - Must.
- OOH Market expiriance - an advantege.
- Deep Knowledge and understanding of FMCG markets, Budget, Promotions and Sales.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
- Experience in team leading and management - an advantage.
- Experience in working with distributors/wholesalers - an advantage.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation abilities.
- High level computer skills : Office, Excel, Power Point etc.
- High level of English.
