Quality (Finished Product) Inspector
About the Role:
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site inspections of finished products (toys and materials) at various factories, ensuring checks in compliance with Ferrero standards
- Perform final inspections and related testing, including lab tests, to guarantee product quality
- Collaborate with Quality Engineers and team members to resolve quality issues
- Carry out continuous audits of production processes and control points
- Monitor hygiene, appearance, and aesthetic condition of finished goods
- Adjust inspection schedules based on factory communications and production needs
- Prepare regular detailed reports
About You:
- Relevant experience of 3+ years in plastics inspection (toys, consumer products, home appliances, etc.)
- Strong product audit mindset with a focus on quality

Experience in food safety grade production environments is highly preferred
- Effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel frequently between factory locations
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to long-term employment and continuous improvement
- Good English language skills; knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is preferred
