Invalvamento Operations Supervisor

About the Role:

This role is responsible for ensuring a continuous and timely supply of modules to support Ferrero’s business growth while maintaining optimal stock levels. It involves close collaboration with Ferrero teams and suppliers to achieve key business KPIs and drive overall performance. The position also plays an active part in identifying and implementing improvements across operations, supply chain processes, and ways of working to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Main Responsibilities:

Demand Planning & Support 

  • Responsible the execution of our partner's planning activities, including production scheduling, material requirements, and inventory management to ensure operational efficiency and precision.
  • Work closely with Central Planning/Quality/KPS and suppliers to update transparent and accurate information and prepare BOM and cycle.
  • Monitor closely of the shipment schedule from suppliers to ensure the modules are delivered in the right time with right qty to the right place and provide alerts/analysis potential risk for delivery schedule.
  • Work on the shipment schedule from APO system.
  • Leaflet artwork printing follow up, package materials order monitoring.

 

Logistics/Warehouse Operations

  • Monitor and coordinate the logistics and transportation of raw materials and finish goods to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.
  • Optimize stock levels, reduce carrying costs, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Monitor stock accuracy, system accuracy for inbound and outbound.
  • Support EPE process and provide monthly report.

 

Production performance management 

  • Ensure that the production consumption and financial data for each month are accurate and closed in a timely and accurate manner to facilitate reporting and financial analysis.
  • Continuously work to optimize production processes and reducing cycle through lean manufacturing to enhance product competitiveness.
  • Regularly monitor the performance of equipment and processes using the OEE metric, which considers availability, performance, and quality. Support partner to Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues affecting OEE.
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement to drive innovation and enhance production processes and SC process to reduce costs without compromising quality or delivery.
  • Support to organize weekly operation meeting with suppliers, prepare supplier KPI evaluation

 

Information system administration/project management

  • Act at Superuser for SAP in Vietnam, in charge of ticket management
  • Maintain SAP master data and reports, ensure data is updated timely and accurately in the system of SAP / APO / SNC.
  • Handle suppliers’ enquiry about issues of APO / SNC
  • Follow up project’s operations, monitor that tasks are completed on time and within budget  

About You:

  • University degree in relevant field
  • At least 5 years planning working experience required in an Industrial manufacturer
  • Have Extensive knowledge of the manufacturing industry, including an understanding of production processes, EPE process, quality control standards, and supply chain management, cost analysis.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical abilities of big data
  • Excellent communication skill is essential, Maintaining effective communication with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, R&D, procurement, Central planning, Quality) and external partners (e.g., suppliers, logistics service providers).
