Workplace Management Manager

About the Role:

We have a current opening for a Workplace Managment Maager in our Hangzhou plant, the role leads daily workplace operations for plant, ensuring consistent workplace standards, strong service performance, and seamless operational support across both shop floor and working areas. This role partners closely with Health & Safety, local maintenance teams, Procurement and Business Partners to identify operational gaps, align vendor relationships, and serve as the main point of contact for facility buildouts and renovations. The role supports strategic and day-to-day initiatives to enhance the industrial work environment and ensure policy compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for annual plan / budget of Workplace Management according to the business needs. Ensure the accuracy of budget and full compliance of the daily expense. 根据业务需求,制定办公综合管理团队年度工作计划及年度预算并实施。确保预算精准度及费用使用的合规性。
  • Drive continuous improvement of administrative procedures to enhance business efficiency and meet food industry regulatory requirements. 持续推动办公综合管理相关流程的优化,提升业务效率并满足食品行业法规的相关要求。
  • Provide effective daily support including canteen, shuttle bus, cleaning, office supplies, and international travel. 提供高效的日常相关支持,包括餐厅、班车、保洁、办公用品及国际差旅相关支持。
  • Manage outsourcing vendors to ensure service quality meets internal/external audit and food industry standards. 管理第三方服务公司,确保服务质量符合内外部审计及食品卫生的相关标准。
  • Support on the organization of employee events such as Family Day, Annual Dinner, and other celebrations. 负责公司家庭日、年会及其他相关庆祝活动的支持与实施。
  • Proactively collect feedback and drive action plans to continuously improve workplace services and employee experience. 主动收集员工反馈并推动相关改进行动计划,持续提升办公环境服务与员工体验。
  • Actively explore digital tools to improve efficiency and data-driven decision making. 积极探索数字化工具以提升效率并实现数据驱动的决策。

About You:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in admin function or have rich experience on related function.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage outside vendors
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, both in English and Chinese.
  • Detail-oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to lead projects in a matrixed environment.
